Having watched the cruise industry grow and evolve over the decades, Suzanne still believes the heart of cruising is the warm, personalized service that makes every guest feel special. She brings that same care to her clients, taking time to understand their travel style, needs, and dreams before helping them choose the perfect cruise, resort, tour, honeymoon, family vacation, or group getaway.
Steve Klasen brings a detail-oriented, service-focused approach to travel planning after retiring from a successful career in the aerospace industry. Growing up, Lauren spent summer breaks traveling across America, discovering new places and learning how meaningful shared travel experiences can be. After graduating from high school, she traveled to Germany, where the travel bug truly took hold and inspired an even deeper passion for exploring the world. Today, Lauren loves helping others experience that same excitement, whether they are planning a cruise, family vacation, special getaway, or once-in-a-lifetime journey.
